Welcome to MyFinance Go (the "App"). Before using the App, please read these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using and delete the App.

No sale of financial data

Your transactions and finance records are used to provide app features, not sold as personal financial data.

AI creates drafts only

AI-assisted parsing creates reviewable drafts, so you can confirm details before anything is saved.

Apple handles payments

Subscriptions, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and refunds follow App Store / StoreKit rules.

Account deletion supported

You can delete your account and related data in the app, or contact support for privacy requests.

1. Service Description

The App provides personal finance management and expense tracking services, including but not limited to:

  • Personal transaction records
  • Category and ledger management
  • Financial statistics and reports
  • Cloud data synchronization
  • AI-assisted transaction parsing
  • Subscriptions or in-app purchases

The App is a personal finance management tool. It does not provide investment advice, financial services, or financial consulting services.

2. Data We Collect

To provide the service, the App may collect the following information:

1 Account Information

When you use email sign-in, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • User identification information, such as Firebase Auth ID
  • Sign-in provider information, such as Google or Apple
  • Display name, profile photo URL, or basic account information returned by the sign-in provider, if you authorize it

This information is used only for:

  • User authentication
  • Cross-device data synchronization
  • Account management
  • Displaying account status or a profile image inside the App

2 Financial Records Entered by You

When you use the App, the following information you enter may be stored:

Income or expense records
Transaction amount
Transaction date
Category
Ledger information
Notes

This data may be:

  • Stored on your device
  • Synced to a cloud database, such as Firebase Firestore

The App does not sell your financial data or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes.

3 AI Feature Data

If you actively use the AI-assisted transaction parsing feature:

The text you enter, together with limited context needed for parsing such as the current ledger, available categories, or language settings, may be sent through Firebase Cloud Functions to Google Gemini or another cloud AI service to help generate a transaction draft.

This data is used only to:

  • Parse transaction content
  • Return parsed results
  • Measure or limit AI usage quota and prevent abuse

AI results are transaction drafts only. You can review and edit them before saving. The AI feature does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.

4 Subscription and In-App Purchase Information

When you purchase a subscription or an in-app purchase, payment is handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit. The App does not receive, store, or process your credit card number, card security code, or Apple ID payment credentials.

The App may read purchase status returned by Apple to:

  • Unlock subscription or one-time purchase features
  • Restore purchases
  • Confirm your currently active membership or feature entitlements

5 Technical Data

To maintain service operation, the App may collect:

  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • App version
  • Error logs

This information is used only to:

  • Improve service quality
  • Fix software errors
  • Improve system stability

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained:

  • For as long as you continue using the service
  • Or until you delete your account or data

If you delete your account, your cloud data will be deleted within a reasonable period of time.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services. These services process data only as needed to provide App functionality and are expected to protect data according to their privacy policies, terms, and applicable laws:

Firebase / Google Cloud (Google)

Used for account sign-in, data synchronization, App Check, cloud functions, and AI usage quota controls

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the "Delete Account" feature in the App.

After account deletion:

  • Your cloud data will be permanently deleted
  • You will no longer be able to access related data

The information and functions provided by the App are for personal reference and record keeping only.

The developer does not guarantee:

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, including but not limited to the following, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws:
